Remote Audit regarding R&M cost. Evaluation of costs for the main drivers (Payroll and FTE, Contract Services and Repairs), and comparing to the Benchmark in Radisson. Definition of an Action Plan for improving FTE structure and evaluation of Contract services, according to RHG standards.
The service consists of a detailed report of the status, and potential measures to be implemented in order to improve R&M dept.
MAINTENANCE CAPEX
Management of Maintenance Capex and Energy Saving Capex (24M€). Management of different stakeholders (OPS, Procurement, Finance) in order to accomplish approved Capex Budget.
Preparation/Coordination/support to the hotels related to the LRIP.
