Energy monitoring based on Consumption follow up. Implementation of Monthly targets based on Historical data for Consumption, Occupancy and Temperature.Installation of Remote Meters and Submeter for automation. Remote Connexion with the BMS.

3 type of Services depending on the level of automation:
1. Energy Monitoring based on consumption. Data
consumption retrieved manually from the Chief
Engineer.
2. Installation of Main meters and submeters remotely
connected. Implementation of remote access to the
BMS (when age allows to).
3. Energy Monitoring based on consumption. Data
consumption retrieved automatically in remote.
Service 2) must have been implemented. Service 3)
includes service 1) (no extra charge).
SUSTAINABILITY SERVICES
Remote Audit according to BP and BPA standards, including actual state and proposal of potential measures to be implemented to achieve BP and BPA level.
The service consists of a detailed report of the status, and potential measures to be implemented in order to achieve Sustainability levels.
ENERGY CAPEX
Management of Maintenance Capex and Energy Saving Capex (24M€). Management of different stakeholders (OPS, Procurement, Finance) in order to accomplish approved Capex Budget.
Preparation/Coordination/support to the hotels related to the LRIP.
